The Buddha Says 8 ...


The ignorant, foolish folk indulge in heedlessness; the wise man guards heedfulness as the greatest treasure.
Dhammapada 2 : 26
Dukkha will follow the untrained mind ... a mind of heedlessness and carelessness ... a mind lacking in wisdom ... a wisdom that arises through the practice of mindfulness.
When will we realize our true and most precious treasure is a trained and developed mind ... a mind filled with the power and strength of mindfulness, a state of attention, alertness, heedfulness and watchfulness ...
