The Buddha Says 8 ...

The ignorant, foolish folk indulge in heedlessness; the wise man guards heedfulness as the greatest treasure.
Dhammapada 2 : 26
Dukkha will follow the untrained mind ... a mind of heedlessness and carelessness ... a mind lacking in wisdom ... a wisdom that arises through the practice of mindfulness.
When will we realize our true and most precious treasure is a trained and developed mind ... a mind filled with the power and strength of mindfulness, a state of attention, alertness, heedfulness and watchfulness ...

Hello Uncle Oh

I have just recently discovered your blog. It has since become my daily food of thoughts.

I have linked your blog to mine, and hopefully by this more people will get to learn the dhamma.
