4 Causes of Worry

Reflecting on WORRY
The root causes of WORRY lie in the following:

* Not understanding the true nature of existence.

* Attachment to things and people.

* Sense of EGO, SELF, 'I, MY, MINE'.

* The mind thinking negatively of the future or the past.

Suggested Steps To Take To Reduce or Eliminate WORRY :
# Learn, understand and practice the Dhamma more and more.
# Realize ANICCA or IMPERMANENCE through Dhamma Reflection and Meditation. Attachment to material possessions and people will be cut more and more.
# Reduce the sense of EGO-SELF through DANA or Reaching out to others in need. Practice the Meditation on Loving-Kindness . (Metta Bhavana)
# Watch the mind. Train the mind to be in the MOMENT or NOW. Practice Mindfulness Meditation.
