The Wheel Of The Law

Dhammacakka
* Reflects the dynamism of Buddhism. The Teaching is like a wheel which must be constantly kept revolving to keep itself upright and on course. Similarly, the Doctrine has to be practised.
* 8 spokes of the Wheel represent the Noble Eightfold Path. Their equal lengths represent Justice or Kamma.
* The rim of the Wheel represents the all-encompassing Compassion and Wisdom of the Teaching.
*The axle is the bar of Truth on which the Wheel revolves.
* The hub represents the Oneness of all life.
