The Buddha Says 24

Of all paths, the Eightfold Path is the best;
of all truths, the Four Noble Truths are the best;
of all things, detachment is the best;
of men, the Seeing One (The Buddha ) is the best.
Dhammapada Ch. 20 Verse 273
Reflection
* The Noble Eightfold Path or the Middle Way develops our morality, concentration and wisdom to the fullest ... only then can we cross the Sea of Samsara.
* Only through an understanding and realization of The 4 Noble Truths can we truly attain mental peace, bliss and freedom.
* It is through attachment and craving that suffering arises. When we see this clearly through our Dhamma practice, the way we see things will change ... detachment will lead us to less and less suffering.
* Indeed, the Buddha is the greatest of all men and gods. He has realized the Truth ... the mind is perfectly tranquil, omniscient, peaceful, and free.
