Safe Release from all Anxiety:The young deity Subrahma once asked the Buddha:
"Always frightened is this Mind!Always agitated is this Mind!About present problems.About future problems.If there is a release from this Anxietyplease explain it to me... "

'I see no other safety for any living being except the control of the senses,except the relinquishment of all, except the seclusion linking to Enlightenment! '
