A Wife’s Birthday
A young wife told her husband that
he needn’t remember her birthday
the following month and there was
no need for a birthday present.
When the husband mentioned this
to an office colleague the next day,
she said, “Ha! Your wife just
phoned and told me you would pay
a heavy price if you forgot to give her a birthday present!”
