A lighter and freer mind arises through the practice of
1. mindfulness of all physical and mental phenomena
2. not clinging to people, possessions, power and ego
3. not condemning anything or anybody
4. not identifying with anything
5. more and more selfless giving
6. radiating metta ( loving-kindness ) to all
7. righteousness - upholding our precepts
8. gratitude and forgiveness
