Reflection
* Carelessness, heedlessness, unmindfulness or inattentiveness can lead to harm to oneself and/or others.
* Actions arising from such heedlessness are indeed unskillful and need to be curbed through the practice of mindfulness in our daily activities.
* Many today lack mindfulness ... the 'monkey mind' gets distracted from the task at hand ... it 'runs' in pursuit of sensual delights. This can lead to negative consequences.
* We need to train the mind to be mindful, alert, attentive and heedful. Such a training strengthens the mind ... insight and wisdom can then arise.
