Some Meaningful Things To Do - TODAY
Mend a quarrel. Send thoughts of Loving-Kindness to a forgotten friend. Dismiss suspicion and replace it with trust.
Write an e-mail of encouragement to someone who needs it.
Share some treasure. Speak kindly to others.
Praise a child for his good actions. Give a hand to one in need of help.

Resolve to get rid of any bad habits. Find the time to reflect in solitude. Forego a grudge. Forgive an enemy. Listen. Apologize if you were wrong. Try to understand. Flout envy. Examine your demands on others.
Think first of someone else. Appreciate, be kind, be gentle.
Laugh a little more.

Fill your thoughts with love.. Try to act against malice. Decry complacency.
Express your gratitude. Meditate. Gladden the heart of a child.
Take pleasure in the beauty and wonder of the earth.
Watch your mind … increase kind thoughts and understanding.
Eradicate thoughts of anger, ill-will and hatred. Learn and practice Dhamma more.

When wrong, apologizing feels good. It is like a feeling of relief. Also, mending quarrels is also a beautiful thing. It helps to ease some of the mental and physical distress.
