Reflection
* When there is a lack of mindfulness or focus or attention, one can make the most silly mistakes is one's speech.
* Through one's careless or mindless speech, the listener(s) can be insulted, hurt or made angry. This can bring unpleasant consequences.
* One needs to train the mind to be more mindful, alert and attentive ... to be more focussed and aware from moment to moment. Then one's mind, speech and action would be more clear, wholesome and wise ... free from carelessness and stupidity .
