Smiling can boost your mood and lower anxiety.
It lowers blood pressure and builds immunity.
Indeed, it’s a stress reliever undoubtedly.
It can give you a longer life interestingly.
Smiling helps better relationships certainly.
A smile for others is GIVING, done so simply.
It brings hope, joy and peace to one in misery.
So smile and smile to help things happen happily.
